Tit&S MBA started in 2009 with intake of 60. The program is affiliated to Barkatullah University. The specialization offered are HR, Marketing, Finance , Retail and Banking. 1 - Expert lecture on "ISO" Technocrats Institute of Technology – Science Organized Expert lecture on ISO standards by Mr. Col. Malohotra, a renowned industry expert with extensive knowledge and experience in the field. This informative session will shed light on the significance of ISO standards and their impact across various industries. With 85 students in attendance on 12^th, this lecture promises to be an enriching experience for all participants. Mr. Col. Malohotra will provide valuable insights into the development process of ISO standards and their practical implementation within organizations. The lecture will also cover topics related to accreditation and certification processes, highlighting the importance of these credentials in ensuring global recognition and credibility for organizations.


2 - Expert lecture on “NISM” We are thrilled to announce a one-week training program on the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) conducted by the esteemed industry expert. Ms. Shruti Gupta. This intensive training session is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the securities market and the regulatory framework in India. Taking place from 14th May 2022, this program offers a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in the finance and investment industry or seeking to enhance their knowledge in this field. With Ms. Shruti Gupta's extensive experience and expertise, participants can expect valuable insights and practical guidance throughout the training. During this week-long program, participants will delve into various topics related to securities market operations, including equity derivatives, mutual funds, debt markets, and regulatory compliance. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and real-life examples, attendees will gain hands-on learning experiences that will help them navigate the complexities of the financial market effectively.


3-ONE WEEK TRAINING BY GODREJ PVT. LTD. Technocrats Institute of Technology – Science organized the Godrej Training for Student Internship, a comprehensive one-week program scheduled to commence on 26th May 2021 by P. Balaraman. It provides a unique platform for students to gain hands-on experience and exposure in various domains related to their field of study. The program is tailored not only to complement their theoretical knowledge gained by students but also to enhance their professional skills and employability. The Godrej Group, a renowned conglomerate in India, believes in nurturing young talent and providing them with valuable learning opportunities. To further this commitment, Godrej offers a one-week training program specifically designed for students as part of their internship. This program aims to equip students with practical skills, industry exposure, and an understanding of the corporate world.

4- SDP On Career Guidance Technocrats Institute of Technology – Science organized a Career Guidance Program for MBA students. Mr. Amit Agrawal and Prof. Arun Pandit, renowned career coaches and mentors, conducted the session on 1st June 2021. The session aimed to provide valuable insights, guidance, and strategies to help MBA students navigate their career paths successfully. With an impressive attendance, this session equipped students with the necessary tools and knowledge for a thriving professional journey. The Career Guidance session was designed specifically for MBA students eager to explore diverse career opportunities and make informed decisions about their future. The interactive session covered industry trends, job market analysis, personal branding, networking strategies, interview preparation techniques, and much more.

5- Group Discussion Competition Technocrats Institute of Technology – Science, known for its commitment to providing holistic education, recently organized a Group Discussion Competition exclusively for MBA students on 01/07/2024. This event aimed to enhance students' communication and critical thinking skills while fostering healthy debate and exchange of ideas. With an impressive participation of 95 students, the competition proved to be a platform for intellectual growth and learning. The group discussion competition at TIT College brought together MBA students from various specializations to engage in dynamic discussions on topics relevant to their field of study. The event provided an opportunity for participants to showcase their knowledge, analytical abilities, persuasive skills, and teamwork.

6-Industrial Exposure Industrial Visit to Coca-Cola Pvt. Ltd., Pilukhedi, Mandideep on industrial visit to Coca-Cola Pvt. Limited, Pilukhedi, Narsinghgarh (M.P.), was organized with the objective of giving MBA students an insight into the production and operational processes of the industry. The visit was conducted on 3 July 2021.

7-Industrial Exposure Industrial Visit to Dainik Jagran Printing Press, Agra. An industrial visit of 45 MBA students to Dainik Jagran Press, Agra was organized to acquaint students with the organizational working and role of Information Technology in the Newspaper Industry.

8-Industrial Exposure Industrial Visit to Dawar Shoe Factory, Agra. Approximately 45 MBA students visited Dawar Shoe Factory, Agra to get close acquaintance with real-time manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
9-Industrial Exposure Industrial Visit to Cosmic Nutracos Pvt. Ltd., Baddi (H.P.). Students of the MBA program visited Cosmic Nutracos Solution Pvt. Ltd., Baddi, Himachal Pradesh in August 2021 and learned about the manufacturing process in the factory. Recreational tour was also part of the visit, where students enjoyed visits to Kasol and Kufri (Himachal Pradesh).
